Yakisoba Bento

This was my first attempt at making Yakisoba and I was pleased with the outcome! It’s an easy dish to create and I think that it tastes good both hot and cold, making it a great bento dish. I also like that the ingredients can be diverse. I used chicken tenders, red/orange/yellow bell peppers, broccoli slaw mix, and onions to create this yummy treat.
